Types, characteristics and fixing methods of stainless steel cable ties

Stainless steel cable ties are a commonly used fixing tool. From the name, we can know that it is made of stainless steel. It has a wide range of uses, but before using it, we need to know its types, characteristics and fixing methods.

Cable ties are mainly divided into two types, one is ordinary cable ties and the other is cable ties with teeth. Ordinary cable ties are usually used for general fixing operations, while cable ties with teeth are more suitable for occasions that require enhanced fixing.

Cable ties have many characteristics, and these are the more typical characteristics:

1. High strength. Its material not only has high strength and hardness, but also has excellent elasticity. Even in high temperature and heavy pressure environments, it will not lose its original strength and shape, thereby ensuring the long-term stability and reliability of the product.

2. High corrosion resistance. Due to the presence of chromium in its main component, it can not only prevent the entry of oxygen and moisture, but also resist the corrosion of chemical substances such as acids, alkalis and salts, thereby ensuring the long-term stability and safety of the material.

3. High temperature resistance. Ordinary plastic and nylon cable ties are easy to soften or deform in high temperature environments, while stainless steel cable ties have good heat resistance. Even in high temperature environments, they will not deform or soften, but will become more solid and reliable.

When using cable ties, we need to choose different fixing methods according to actual conditions.

1. Direct fixing method: Wrap the cable tie directly around the object to be fixed, and fix the object by buckling the teeth at both ends of the cable tie.

2. Overlap fixing method: Overlap two or more stainless steel cable ties in turn, then wrap them around the object to be fixed, and use the teeth at both ends of the cable tie to fix the object. Because multiple cable ties are overlapped, the fixing effect is more solid.

3. Clamp fixing method: Overlap the cable ties together, then use the clamping tool to clamp the cable ties firmly, and then wrap them around the object to be fixed. This method has a very good fixing effect and is suitable for occasions that require a higher fixing force.

4. Through-fixing method: pass the cable tie through the hole or opening of the object to be fixed, and then fix the object by snapping the teeth at both ends. This method is suitable for occasions where objects need to be passed through, such as the fixing of wires.

Stainless steel cable ties are very practical fixing tools, and their types and fixing methods are relatively diverse, and their characteristics are also outstanding. When using them, we need to choose different types and fixing methods according to the actual situation, and use them correctly, so that they can achieve a good fixing effect.
